Cancellation

If the order is cancelled within 24 hours, you will be charged 10% of the order value to cover our order processing fee.

You should submit an order cancellation request to our customer service via 17onshop@gmail.com once you decide to cancel the order.

For orders cancelled after 24 hours of purchase but have not been shipped, we will offer partial refund after charging a 15% cancellation fee.

We will not accept order cancellation request if the orders have been shipped.



Returns (if applicable)



We accept returns on products. Customers have the right to request the return within 14 days of receipt.During the COVID-19 period, we will not accept any returns other than quality issues (damaged goods). 

To be eligible for a return, your article must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we need a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not return your purchase to the manufacturer.

Return shipping costs are paid by the buyer. After receiving your parcel and tracking number, we will refund you according to the product status, and the money will be refunded to your account within 2-7 working days.

During the covid-19 period, due to safety and health reasons, non-quality issues cannot be returned, thank you for your understanding and cooperation!

1. Items received within 14 business days from the delivered date.
2. Items received unused, undamaged, unwashed and in original package.
3. We do not offer return on earrings and swimwear.
4. Return shipping fees are at the customer's own expense.Original shipping fees are non-refundable
5. We do not accept returned items that were sent back directly without address that we send
6. Please send the item(s) back to us through a local mail office instead of express services like DHL, UPS, TNT, and FEDEX.
(If you choosing one of the above-mentioned fast deliver options you might incur in import taxes and the delivery might be delayed due to the customs clearance process.

In the event ships for free, customer will be informed of the return shipment cost (estimates may be given based on the our own costs in shipping to customers)


Refunds (if applicable)


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email informing you that we have received your returned item. We also inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or to your original payment method, within a given period.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund officially released. Then, contact your bank. There is often a bit of processing time before a refund is posted.
